Sanctuary Way Stage 4 – Witton Gilbert to Durham Cathedral

Sanctuary Way Stage 1 – Whickham to Beamish

12 mile circular walk from Beamish to Whickham as part of The Sanctuary Way which goes from Whickham to York. The walk is full of the rich history of this area, taking in old steam trains and country manor houses.
